The Club General Handicap fleet is divided into a "Fast"and "Slow" fleets.
Please look at the notice board for the qualifying criteria. The reason behind these changes is to make starts less congested,offer closer fleet racingand,overall to provide encouragement to junior racers,novices and competitors in slower classes.
Sunday Mornings
Start 1 Flying Fifteens
Start 2 Fast Handicap PY 1078 or lesser (5 Mins after the Flying Fifteens)
Start 3 Slow Handicap PY 1078 or greater (5Mins after Fast Handicap)
Sunday Afternoon Races
Start 1 Fast Handicap
Start 2 Slow Handicap
"Trophy Races" including the evening handicap remain unchanged. It is hoped that this start procedure will encourage more members to take part in the races.
